GOTCHA DAY ANNIVERSARY!!!
On Feb.5, we celebrate Emma's one year anniversary of Gotcha Day! WOW, what a year! We couldn't have ever imagined how strongly she would bond with our family. She's just like one of us. We'll go out & eat Chinese to celebrate :)

Emma followed Zane right up into our fig tree. Then she didn't want to get down. Too much fun!!!!

Mini-Vacation to DeSoto State Park, AL

We had a great time in the mountains of north Alabama. We had never been to Fort Payne before, even though we are big fans of the country music group ALABAMA. Emma loved climbing on the big rocks just as much as the boys did. She would wake up from her nap, immediately asking for the "big rocks." It was SOOOO cold there, but we loved it. Ben & Zane played in the woods, looking for the perfect sticks to be their "weapons." They found plenty!

If you squint real hard, you can see us on the top of this big ol' rock!

This quaint, little restaurant in Mentone has the BEST EVER Tomato Pie! WOW! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!!!!!!
